Happy Transfers Indeed!

Hello,

New Years was fun and can you believe that it SNOWED here? It actually snowed Christmas Eve but I forgot to tell you guys about it.

The past week has gone well, like most weeks. For New Years we worked until about 7 and we went to a members house with a few other companionships of missionaries and played games for a little bit. Good times:)

Sister John and I got a "special" call from our Mission President yesterday morning telling us that we would be "doubled-out" and Elders will be taking our place in Leander. I don't know where I'm going yet or who my new companion will be and I won't find out until Thursday and neither does Sister John but our President told her that there is a new area that'll be opened up for Sisters and Sister John is going to be doubled-in....very fascinating! I'm really excited to see where I end up and who I end up with.

Packing is no bueno because I don't like packing but everything else is really good... Because we have two new missionaries coming in at the same time we have a lot to do and a lot of information we need to leave them about the area. I'm kind of glad we only have a little room and a bathroom instead of an entire apartment for transfers like this because there's a lot of cleaning involved too!

Sister John is really sad to leave. I'm going to miss Leander too and we've been blessed with a lot of wonderful people who are interested in learning more about the gospel and it's difficult to leave them but the Elders that come here will be great.

Sorry for this length again. Hopefully by next week things will be a little more settled and I'll have more to say!

Love you all,

Sister Green
