Hello,

This was incredible! We had Zone Conference on Tuesday and we were able to be trained by President and Sister Cutler as well as other leaders and missionaries from our mission. We learned a lot and it got us really pumped to go out and work again. President Cutler also told us that an apostle (he didn't say which one) is coming here to San Antonio and he wanted to speak to the missionaries here.

It's too much money to transport the entire mission so he made it clear that it was only for the San Antonio area. It's a good thing but it's also two days after the transfer so some of us who are here now might not be after transfers. President told us in advance so that we could start now to prepare ourselves. We'll be given time at the end to ask questions and receive advice and he wants us to be thinking about what we want to ask now.

He also adviced us to not ask and apostle questions about the Second Coming or about questions that can be found in Preach My Gospel:)I feel that I have a pretty good chance to stay here but we never really know until it happens.

The rest of the week went well also. Another Elder and I gave our talks yesterday and I was able to make it through without crying the whole time so that was nice. We talked on how to strengthen our testimonies and I focused on the Moroni chapter 10: 4-5 where we're promised that if we have a sincere desire to know if the BofM/gospel is true that we can truly "know" for ourselves by the power of the Holy Ghost. It's one of my favorite scriptures because of the promise that's given.

My time on the computer is running out and the alert keeps flashing..10 minutes..5 minutes.... and it's very intimidating so I'm going to end my session now. Highlights for this next week are President interviews which are also my favorite:) I love you all.
